Things you can do yourself

• Change your name, username or password — account page.
• Download everything we hold about you — “Download my data” on the account page.
• Delete your account and all its data — “Delete this account” on the account page.
• Reset a forgotten password — forgot password.

When you write

• For anything about your account, write from the email address you signed up with, so we know it is yours.
• To report a wrong word, definition or recording, include the word — and for a recording, what you heard.
• Parents and guardians can ask to see or delete a child's account; tell us the child's username or email address.
